Please remember that we offer a completely personalised service.
Your pets travel with us just as they would if they were our own. We are not a ‘shipping’ company and your pet receives our full attention every mile of the way.
So naturally, pet places on each trip to or from Europe are limited.
It is therefore vital that you try to book your journey with us as early as you can. Whilst some late places may occasionally be available, we highly recommend that you do not leave your pet care until it’s too late!
To reserve a place for your animal(s), make general enquires or simply for further advice and assistance, please press the Contact Us button. We are always happy to chat to you about any arrangements.
If our travel dates should not exactly coincide with yours, we can often make arrangements with a local kennels or cattery to collect or deliver your pet at a time to suit you.
Booking a trip
To ensure that your pet’s transport is scheduled to best suit the time of your move, it is essential that your booking deposit be received well in advance of your trip.
We are happy to accept payment transfers online via the very popular PayPal network. This will also allow you to make payment in British Pounds, Euros, or even US Dollars. Payments may be made by cheque, bank draft or direct transfer, or we are happy to accept payment transfers online etc.
Please contact us first to discuss your trip and all of your requirements.
Once we have agreed all these details and the cost with you, we will forward you an email bill for the required deposit. This will also contain full instruction of how to make your payments, so even if you do not have a PayPal account – or have never used PayPal before – you will find making your payment and confirming your pets place both quick and easy.
